I had a weird situation today when interviewing a candidate and I was hoping to get your read on the situation. At the end of the interview, he asked us for an on-the-spot evaluation. I nearly did a spit-take because it caught me off guard and quite frankly really rubbed me the wrong way. Fortunately, my boss came up with something about how he had strong analytical skills, which is important to our company. Why on earth would someone ask that? And any advice on how I could respond in a noncommittal manner in the future if a candidate asks this? Plus, some people actually like to have time to process their thoughts about a candidate, talk with other people who may have also met with the person, and generally pull their thoughts together before coming to any sharable assessment.
You must post a clear and direct question in the title. The title may contain two, short, necessary context sentences. No text is allowed in the textbox. Any post asking for advice should be generic and not specific to your situation alone. Askreddit is for open-ended discussion questions.

LIL TWEETY - DO YOU THINK ABOUT ME (Official Music Video)
Sign up or log in to share. Nice eyes and smile- obviously you put a lot of effort into your body. A little scary at first glance but when you enlarge the pick your eyes really save you- they look really soft and kind. I personally always judge a little towards the negatory when someone is doing a peace sign bathroom pic, but the way you held your hand made it seem like you maybe hopefully don't make a habit of many selfies- which is also a good thing. Altogether, clearly attractive and aware of it which isn't a bad thing. On a semi pervy note, perfect amount of chest hair.
New 50 Cent single. The whole song sounds like it should be off of The Massacre- gotta love it. Do you think about me like I think about you? Do you think about me when the crowd is gone? It used to be so easy, you and me.
