The boy and the bee
Clash of the Killer Queens (Bee Boy, #1) by Tony De SaullesMelvin Meadly has a hive of bees on the roof of his tower block. Giving an insightful assembly at school about bees he becomes the centre of attention for the wrong reasons and ends up with all the children calling him Bee Boy.
When he smokes the hive to check on his bees he somehow zaps into a tiny bee boy and finds out more about the colony and how they need help to swarm and defend themselves from predators.
Each episode in the book sees Melvin become more confident and brave against the bullies at school and in the tower block, which he has to do to defend his bees when the tower block residents become concerned about the bees living at the top.
The illustrations are fantastic throughout, I will warn you the bees heads are seen bee-ing cut off by enemies but I think young readers will enjoy the reality of natural selection and the fight to survive.
At the back of the book are more facts about bees. I am very much looking forward to book 2 Attack of the Killer Zombees!

Listen… I love ask-machina-sides with my entire being, and Anarchy is a bee loving bean, so here, take this hastily outlined doodle. Raven Cycle is delightfully gay and also heartbreaking, seriously maggie-stiefvater. Bumbs is a little angry, but will happily take any applications or questions you send in! They have a very bad day at school today, help cheer them up! Bee-Reg is just like age regression! Bee Regression Beereg is just another form for our hive!
Now to add some color! All of a sudden my computer can no longer import from my iPad, even though it was doing fine last week And until the studio gets built, Illustration videos will have to do for now. Vacation tomorrow, very ready for some battery recharge time in Ptown. Jump to. Sections of this page.
